4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions on k11111 carry specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 120% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 15x (deposit + bonus).

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

5.3 VIP Program

• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Gaming Rules

All games on k11111 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The following rules must be observed when playing games:

• Results produced due to any technical error or software malfunction will not be considered valid.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, any placed bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• Using automated bots, scripts or any software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Coordinating with others to artificially meet bonus requirements through combined wagering is prohibited.

Account Suspension and Termination
